The Balloon Festival is organized by volunteers.
Some are board members of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and others are members of the public who love Balloon Festival and volunteer to help out year after year.
The festival is run by an enthusiastic group of volunteers who work hard to present an event that pleases the community and visitors.
