Schedule of Events (subject to change)
FRIDAY December 7
6:00 pm: Santa comes to town in Memorial Park for the lighting of the Christmas Tree.
5-9 pm: Village stores will have extended hours, Eggnog and cookies will be served in the retail stores participating in the Chamber’s Christmas Cash.
Christmas Cash is only available on Friday evening, so make sure to shop!
7-? pm: Local band Cradle Switch is playing at Argyle Brewing in the Depot
SATURDAY December 8
9am & 11am: Holiday Breakfast at Hubbard Hall. 2 seatings at 9 and 11, reservations suggested. Throughout the day stores will be open so you can spend your Christmas Cash.
10am-5pm: Cambridge Valley Art Tour at 5 art studios and at 1 Washington Street with 2 artists and a craftsperson, for more info: cambridgevalleyart.org
10am-4pm: Cambridge Central School Craft & Vendor Fair.
11am-3pm: Christmas Bazaar Craft and Bake Sale at Cambridge United Presbyterian Church.
12:00 pm Battenkill Books, Book signing with local artist and author Will Moses.
7:00 pm: Lighted Holiday Parade, starting on East Main Street and ending on Broad Street.
Ugly Sweater Contest to be held right after the parade. Prizes given for ugliest holiday sweater and ugliest holiday sweater group.
SUNDAY December 9
Church services in the morning.
10am-5pm: Cambridge Valley Art Tour at 5 art studios and at 1 Washington Street with 2 artists and a craftsperson, for more info: cambridgevalleyart.org
10am-2pm: Holiday Farmers Market in the Freight Yard (behind Hubbard Hall)
5:30pm: Lions Eternal Illumination Memorial Tree Lighting in Memorial Park
6pm: Concert at Hubbard Hall featuring the Canadian folk music band Coig, coming to Hubbard Hall for the first time.
